Current Business:

President:  Roll call was taken by Rebekka.  She asked who was being used for A/C maintenance at cabana and has anyone gotten with us about playground toys.  Brian (responded with something but I didn’t get what he stated.)

Vice President:  Nothing to report

Treasurer:  Brian gave the monthly Treasurer’s report.  The balance as of June 9th is just over $9,500.00.  The total income for May was $8,383.40 which reflects many paying dues in order to get pool keys activated.

Outgoing expenses for May were just over $7,000.00 which included payments for utilities, HOA management fees, expenses for the pool/cabana, and for social committee activities.

Currently in checking as of May 31st, 2022 we have $134,350.59 and in savings, $100,059.21. This will be needed as we begin to replace the HOA fencing and begin any updates on the cabana; not to mention ongoing pool and cabana repairs and maintenance throughout the summer months.

C

Secretary:  Nothing to report.

Pool:  There was an electrical issue with the pump at the pool.  John was able to take care of this and had it temporarily wired to get us by.  Misty got mats for cabana so the slip and fall hazard can be reduced. We cannot get pool signs ordered without Brian’s authorization so Rebecca asked that he call them and do this so that we can get the new pool signs.

Cabana:  The status for May is 20 bookings, 10 key fob issues, 7 new residents.  20 residents have dues owed since June 15th.  Frank Lawson is shown owing dues but Linda Thompson says she can’t find him.  In fact, 13913 Drakes Way doesn’t show as an address and Linda doesn’t find it in the system.  Rebekka will investigate this in AirTable to solve the mystery.

Landscape:  Rebekka asked if we had success with quotes on entrance way flower beds.  John is going to recontact the company to check on them.

Social:  Misty reported on the June 9th movie night.  It went ok but people left a big mess to clean up.  Lots of trash was thrown on the ground.   The July 4th parade will be lining up at 9 a.m. in the school parking lot and leaving at 9:30 a.m.  It will be led by a fire truck throughout the neighborhood.

Violations:  The person that wanted this position is no longer interested.  They may be Interested in a future position if one arises. There was one violation sent for a trailer parked overnight on the street.

Residents In Attendance & Questions:  Heather Finley, Simonne Johnson, Jr.  Heather asked the question:  Do we have anyone doing Landscape?  Rebekka replied that we haven’t gotten anyone since the last business we contracted and we fired them as they weren’t keeping up with it and doing the job.

Rebekka stated that the next meeting will be held July 18, 2022.

End of Meeting:  6:48 pm.
