May Meeting Minutes
May 18, 2011
Present
Billy Lindenborn, Jeff Redding, John Riggs, Joe Harris, Jason Rohrer, Ashlie Turley, and Chris Sanders
Absent
Tim Rosentino and Phyllis McCombs
Meeting called to order at 8:09 pm.
Violations Report
Discussed additional sheds in the neighborhood
Discussed recent break-ins on Teagen Lane
Pool Report
Cleared getting surveillance cameras with the insurance company
Will continue to get quotes and installation information
Will need to put back up mesh fencing
Still in process of setting up key card system
Finance Report
Continue to pursue legal action on developer
Social Report
Movie night is scheduled for June 25 at 8 pm
Cook-out scheduled for May 30
Landscaping Report
Will purchase three trees to replace dead ones around entrances
Repair man coming to do regular sprinkler maintenance
April Minutes Approved
Billy motioned, Jeff seconded, approved by unanimous consent
Adjourned at 8:42 p.m.
