Pool Reminders

If your card is lost or is not working, contact Natalie Smith by phone at (405) 348-1436 or by email at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it (fee is $10.00)

**PLEASE REPORT ANY INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR TO THE POOL DIRECTOR IMMEDIATELY.  PLEASE TRY AND NOTE EXACT TIME OF GATE ENTRY FOR OFFENDING PARTY.**

The HOA board is responsible for protecting the HOA's resources and maintains collective discretion over pool house privilege allowance and restriction. Anyone determined to be vandalizing HOA property may have their household's pool house access restricted and will be subject to governing laws and civil remedies.

Pool Hours:

  • Sunday    6 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  • Monday    2 p.m. – 9 p.m.
  • Tuesday    6 a.m. – 9 p.m.
  • Wednesday   6 a.m. – 9 p.m.
  • Thursday   6 a.m. – 9 p.m.
  • Friday   6 a.m. – 9 p.m.
  • Saturday   6 a.m. – 9 p.m.

  Things to remember

  • Do not let anyone who does not have their pool card into the pool area. The pool is for residents only! The bottoms of the pool and wading pool are quite rough and can cut your feet. Consider wearing aqua socks or water shoes.
  • If your pool card is not working, please contact Natalie Smith at 348-1436. The error could be due to late home owner’s association dues. Pool cards will not be turned on until the remaining negative balance is paid.
  • Do not allow anyone to follow you in the gate at the pool.  We need to be able to keep track of who enters so those who aren't residents or not current on dues do not get access.
  • Remember to clean up after yourself and your children when visiting the pool.  We have found things such as; towels, bottles, empty drink cups, socks, and toys and band-aids.  This is a community area that needs to be kept clean. Thanks for your support!
  • Please be respectful regarding the number of guests you bring to the pool in consideration of all home owners in the neighborhood.
  • The baby pool is for children 0-6 years old.  All older children need to use the bigger pool.

Things to do for a better community
  1. Slow down when driving through the neighborhood, and watch for kids playing.
  2. Do not park on the street overnight.
  3. Keep the front and sides of your house clear from clutter!
  4. Clean up after your dogs.
  5. Make sure you don't block the sidewalk with your vehicle, lawn equipment, or bikes.
  6. Come to a homeowners association meeting.   (3rd Tuesday of each month @ 7:00 p.m. at the cabana)
  7. Neighborhood watch.  If you see something suspicious, say something! We have had some break-ins (don't leave your garage door opener in your car outside) and some bikes stolen out of yards.
  8. Pick up trash, off the street, out of your yard, out of your neighbor's yard, anywhere!
  9. Follow the HOA regulations.
  10. Meet your neighbors!

Bulk Waste (Big Junk)

Collection crews will take four cubic yards of waste about the size of two refrigerators. Bulk waste includes household appliances, furniture, mattresses, carpet, large cardboard boxes, tree limbs and fencing.  No bagged items, please.  Place bulk waste at least five feet from mailboxes and 10 feet from overhead obstacles. To report bulk waste problems call the Action Center at 297-2535 provide the address where the problem is occurring. An additional charge will be applied to your utility bill for additional waste.

Big Blue (trash cans) guidelines
Big Blue is the name given to your solid waste or trash collection cart.  Crews begin collecting trash at 6 a.m.  Big Blue can be set out for pickup no earlier than the evening before collection day.  Only Big Blue trashcans will be emptied.  Two Big Blue trashcans are free, but you can request additional cans for a small charge to your utility bill. Also, be sure to place Big Blue on the curb, not in the street, at least five feet away from mailboxes and other obstructions. When storing Big Blue, keep it behind your property line and out of sight. To report improper refuse containment or improper placing of Big Blue or recycle bins, call the Action Center  297-2535. Please provide the address of the violation and a description of the violation (i.e. put trash cans out early, leaves Big Blue at curb all week, etc.).

Neighborhood Information

crimewatch Continued vandalism and reports of suspicious activity have been made to the board.  If you notice any unusual behavior, please call law enforcement or other sources of help.  Be mindful that officers living in the neighborhood are normally considered "off-duty" when at home, so please make sure to call for help as they may not be able to properly serve you.

As the school year winds down, please continue to drive safely on our streets.  When summer begins, more children will be outside playing.

Spread the word to parents of SRF Elementary students that parking on our grass causes damage to our sprinkler system.  repairs are costly and time consuming.  We don't park on their yard!
