Pool Privileges
NO POOL TAGS-NO PRIVILEGES! Pool tags are issued for each family member residing in StoneRidge Farms as listed on the SRFHOA pool card. The Resident must be current on the HOA dues and without a violation of the Covenants. Everyone in the pool area, regardless of age, must wear a pool tag that is visible at all time. If a pool tag is lost a replacement tag must be obtained for a $10 fee. Tags and privileges can revoked by the Board at any time.

Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult or guardian who will be responsible for the child’s conduct and safety while at the pool and Cabana. The guardian designated must be at least 16 years of age, and the guardian cannot supervise more than 4 children at one time. SRFHOA Board members may remove any child from the pool and Cabana that they feel is not being monitored or supervised close enough by an adult or guardian. Safety is our primary concern. An SRFHOA board member may take away pool and Cabana privileges for one day after the first rule infraction and up to three days for the second. The Board upon, recommendation of a resident, may revoke all pool and Cabana privileges for misconduct for the rest of the season. The pool is officially closed when a sign is posted on the gate to that effect. The pool will not be closed early for private parties but may be closed early for neighborhood parties.
Guest Policies
The pools are for the residents use and enjoyment. Residents should use discretion when inviting a guest to use the pool. Residents will be issued 2 guest tags with their own pool tags. Everyone entering the pool must have a tag.

Residents’ guests who do not have a pool tag must pay a $2 guest fee to a board member. The guest will be given a wristband for entry. Guests are only allowed pool usage when accompanied by a resident.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY GUEST THAT IS A RESIDENT WITH UNPAID DUES. Each homeowner is responsible to pay their dues in a timely manner, those that do not will not be allowed any HOA privileges.

Parties must be scheduled through the pool director via email at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it A $50 clean-up deposit will be collected prior to the start of the party and will be refunded when clean-up is completed. Any party during the pool season shall adhere to the guest policies as stated above. The cabana may be reserved but the pool will remain available to all residents.

The Association has the right to amend or add any rules as needed. These rules and regulations have been carefully and thoughtfully constructed and have been approved by the SRFHOA Board of Directors. They are an effort to improve safety and enjoyment of the pool facility for everyone. Please abide by them and have a safe and happy summer.
