Please read this information carefully and refer to your mailed dues statement for more information. As 2009 approaches, the board would like to offer owners a discount on their HOA dues. Throughout the year the board has considered the purchase of a pool cover to reduce on-going expenses and maintain the pool in proper condition. Maintaining an appropriate balance in our bank account is also a concern with this large purchase. To do this we are offering a $50 reduction in dues to those who pay their 2009 dues early. Your dues can be $300 instead (of the normal $350, a savings of 14%+) if they are paid by December 31, 2008.

For those with Cabana parties or for those considering reserving the cabana as of September 12th the pool has been officially closed and the surrounding deck area as well. Please do not enter the area for safety concerns. In regards to the flyer that went out stating that the pool was going to remain open until the 28th of September, your Board attempted to keep the pool open as long as possible and the area was closed without warning. Thank You.

The 2008 Stoneridge Farms Yard of the Month has officially begun and we're asking you the residents to be apart of the process. We are asking for you to look around at some of the houses while you are walking and find the house that you believe should be Yard of the Month. Voting will begin on the first of every month and be open until the 10th day of the month. Please take note of the address and street as that is required when submitting your ballot. Houses can only win once a year so please do not vote on previous winners. You can access the ballot by logging in and clicking on "Vote For YOTM " on the left side of the website. Please allow only one vote per household.

Continued vandalism and reports of suspicious activity have been made to the board. If you notice any unusual behavior, please call law enforcement or other sources of help. Be mindful that officers living in the neighborhood are normally considered "off-duty" when at home, so please make sure to call for help as they may not be able to properly serve you.
As the school year winds down, please continue to drive safely on our streets. When summer begins, more children will be outside playing.
Spread the word to parents of SRF Elementary students that parking on our grass causes damage to our sprinkler system. repairs are costly and time consuming. We don't park on their yard!
