Thursday, May 24
Enjoy relaxing afternoons and evenings at the pool beginning Thursday, May 26, just in time for the holiday weekend. The kids will also enjoy the brand new playground, just west of the pool area. Installed by a devoted team of Stone Ridge Farms neighbors in late March, the playground was a long time in the making but is now a fun reality for the neighborhood.
New landscaping has taken place around the pool as well, helping to beautify the area while offering a windbreak.
Look for more additions to the playground area west of the pool coming soon.
A Reminder – in order to use the Stone Ridge Farms pool and cabana, your annual Home Owners Association dues must be paid and current. Your swipe card will allow you access to the pool area if you are current on your dues, if not you will not be able to access the area.
If you are new to Stone Ridge Farms and do not have a pool access card, please contact Jeff Redding for the card and more information:

- Sunday 6 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- Monday 2 p.m. – 9 p.m.
- Tuesday 6 a.m. – 9 p.m.
- Wednesday 6 a.m. – 9 p.m.
- Thursday 6 a.m. – 9 p.m.
- Friday 6 a.m. – 9 p.m.
- Saturday 6 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Things to remember
- Do not let anyone who does not have their pool card into the pool area. The pool is for residents only! The bottoms of the pool and wading pool are quite rough and can cut your feet. Consider wearing aqua socks or water shoes.
- If your pool card is not working, please contact Natalie Smith at 348-1436. The error could be due to late home owner’s association dues. Pool cards will not be turned on until the remaining negative balance is paid.
- Do not allow anyone to follow you in the gate at the pool. We need to be able to keep track of who enters so those who aren't residents or not current on dues do not get access.
- Remember to clean up after yourself and your children when visiting the pool. We have found things such as; towels, bottles, empty drink cups, socks, and toys and band-aids. This is a community area that needs to be kept clean. Thanks for your support!
- Please be respectful regarding the number of guests you bring to the pool in consideration of all home owners in the neighborhood.
- The baby pool is for children 0-6 years old. All older children need to use the bigger pool.
|
- Thanks to all our past and present board members for all their help and dedication to making Stone Ridge Farms a great place to live!
- Find us on Facebook for details on upcoming events and meetings.
- No discount is given for early payment of 2010 dues to cover expenses for the upcoming year.
- Remember not to park in the pool parking lot unless you are using the pool, and no overnight parking. The HOA will attempt to contact the owner of the vehicle. If no action is taken by the owner the car will be towed at the owner’s expense.
